My argument was a rant? Hardly. You were ranting and raving like a madman at Reply # 13343, saying: "Maybe we should start executing pushers I suspect the problem would be over." Talking about the "threat" to your children ..., and being glad that the schools are "indoctrinating" them. We used to call that "btrainwashing." You probably thought that TV commercial with "This is Your Brain on Drugs" was science. It's obvious you don't know anything about drugs, and probably are wholly unaware of the fact that EVERY culture that has ever been studied utilizes SOME form of psychoactive substance(s). It's not limited to homo sapiens either. Plenty of other mammals use drugs. My favorite rhetorical technique with people who are ignorant of the relevant facts is to exaggerate their viewpoint to absurdity. Executing people who sell drugs is really no different from executing people who use drugs. And, as long as we're doing it, we might as well recover some of the processing costs and minimize the environmental impacts through recycling. Go read up on The Inquisition, and the burning of witches. The current War on Drug Users is exactly the same thing! David
