For an interesting view of some CableTV VoIP issues, see Ray Jensen's post in the last mile thread: Message 4171645 Ray touches on, and reinforces, the existence of some obstacles to regulation in that sector where VoIP is concerned, and the enabling effects of the efficiencies of VoIP which are afforded in the dreaded "return path."
