Hello Roger-

I just want to clear up that MSFT does not have to wait for NT5 to compete - they already have security in Proxy Server and it is clear that Ballmer's strategy is to add on to Proxy Server - add on for NT4. It makes total sense as proxy server is due for an upgrade - it's been in the community for over six months.

For future - however - if MSFT integrates security right into NT5 (no add ons) - that would not bode well for CHKPF/NETA/AXNT/CYBG. But that's in the distant future as you correctly stated that NT5 will not ship until 1999.
