Hmmmm! No response to last post so: enough opinion, here's some info!! FIRST ANALYSIS has reiterated estimate for long term EPS growth of 40.00% per year on 04/23/98 FIRST ANALYSIS increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $1.37 to $1.53 on 04/23/98 Let's see chkpf made .41 in q1. .41 X 4 = 1.64. CHKPF: FIRST ANALYSIS increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/99 from $1.67 to $1.77 on 04/23/98 1.77 divided by 1.53 = 16%. It's more like 1.53 (which is low) X 30% (which is in the ball park) = 1.99. So are you buying this stock at 33 divided by 1.99 = 17 times 1999 earnings? I think that this analysis is very compelling. CHKPF: PAINE WEBBER increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $1.30 to $1.55 on 04/23/98 CHKPF: PAINE WEBBER increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/99 from $1.50 to $1.70 on 04/23/98 CHKPF: PAINE WEBBER increased estimate for quarter ending 6/98 from $0.32 to $0.36 on 04/23/98 CHKPF: PAINE WEBBER increased estimate for quarter ending 09/98 from $0.34 to $0.37 on 04/23/98 CHKPF: PAINE WEBBER increased estimate for quarter ending 12/98 from $0.36 to $0.42 on 04/23/98 PW is much the same as first anals, they just don't get the message on this stock yet.
