This is from MSNBC today:

OTHER DEVELOPMENTS
NBC correspondent Lisa Myers said Starr's office is
expected to announce an indictment of former Associate
Attorney General Webster Hubbell, his wife, lawyer and
accountant as early as Thursday on tax evasion charges.
The charges stem from the $700,000 Hubbell received in
consulting fees arranged for him by Clinton's friends after he
left the Justice Department. Myers said if Hubbell is
convicted, he could face prison time of 2 1/2 to three years.
Starr is also investigating whether the payments to Hubbell
were meant to be a form of hush money.

How stupid is this guy? Of course he needs to declare the "consulting fees" as income, and of course it's going to be scrutinized not only how he got the money, but what he did with it. And to think Hubbell was mayor of Little Rock and Number 3 at Justice.
