Perhaps in 3 or 4 or more years, but corporates are just now starting to realize the need for integrated access. It's too bad it took so long for the corporates to recognize this but luckily BT is even better than ever now. What was mentioned in that "letter" - financial services arena ?? Security and voice clarity. <grin><grin>
