They made 20 cents this quarter, assuming things pick up a bit and for easy calculation, they are going to make $1.00 for the whole year, so the PE is around 21 ... Is this a fair PE for this dude or undervalue ... I really don't see this dude falls that much further, but my concern is whether it will be dead money for awhile.
