"Corporate Governance" is a different matter altogether, no problems there. While there are some similarities, were there no differences there would no longer be a separating line between the NNM, the Small-Cap and the BB stocks and I believe you'll find they still exist. The NASDAQ is very willing to talk to anyone that calls although it may take some time to get a hold of someone who can properly answer your questions.
