ADPT has very deep brand value in SCSI ... there's a good chance that will carry over to other new technologies ... but it's not a given ... there are ways to screw it up ... ADPT has already shown the ability to let the UDMA story obscure the UltraSCSI story. I think some advertising dollars need to be spent to revitalize perceived ADPT technology edge. Remember all these ADPT SCSI die-hards were made during a certain technology phase ... they were "grown", like a resource during a time in which certain conditions obtained. Better not take guys like you for granted ... best to continue to grow your loyalty and that of the next wave of technical leaders!
