That is better than the computer owner complaining about the automatic cup holder that broke and they want a replacement. Computer tech says CD players are not meant to be cup holders and No that is not covered in the warranty. Should have given the "You are too stupid response", or at least sent the Computers for Dummies, Advanced edition.
