I would like to know if anyone on this thread or just reading this thread has been involved with a stock that made the transformation from the OTC to the Nasdaq? What is involved? Do they split the stock and then open on the Nasdaq at a higher level? Aside from the obvious what are the major benifits of a stock going from the OTC to the NASDAQ? Lamar
