I 'm familiar with both ALYD and QGLY when they moved
from BB to NASDAQ not so long ago. In both cases the
actual date was known in advance (approximately), but
nevertheless the stocks jumped 10-20% on the day of
the move (once again approximately). ALYD cooled off
and QGLY stabilized at the new level (before going much higher
and then once again lower). So the result seems to be a
jump on the day of the move (or the day after). The big
advantage of NASDAQ is that we play by NASDAQ rules,
which are much improved over BB and even NASDAQ itself
of a year ago. Also there are more available players, as
some firms don't let their customers play on the BB.
But don't hold your breath waiting for the move. Most of the
price increase comes in anticipation rather than realization
of the change.

By the way, I bought into ALYA today at 1.25. I didn't expect
the MM to give it to me at that price with the quote 1.22b x 1.31a at the time.
Perhaps tomorrow they intend to offer more "bargains".
So be cautious, after all ALYA is still a BB stock - action
like the Coliseum in ROME (no rules).

P.S. regarding the mechanics of the OTC(BB) to NASDAQ
changeover, there are none as far as you or I are concerned.
You wake up one day and your ALYA says it's trading on
the NASDAQ now. I don't understand your reference to a split;
that is not involved. Splits come later (hopefully).
