MKTBUZZ,
sorry for my off-handed quip either - wasn't meant as an insult. My analysis of ALYA is that it'S basically a software company with some patents in a yet overlooked NICHE. They are poised to become the heavyweight in their game because they are offering a standard which is basically vendor neutral. Their business model is schrewd because it does NOT emphasize ONE term transactions like traditional softwre licences but a "management part" as well which will be recurring. Their package could adress the "Cost of ownership problems" in the real estate industry. In the past they showed management-farsightedness because they aligned with the right players in their field. This should lead to a "one-stop solutions" by teaming up with the heavyweights - which happen to be directly llinked into their business in their value chain.

What I do like are international contracts regarding distributors and the fact that seasoned salespeeople choose to join their ranks. Perhaps they could get another foothold into the Y2K aspect of the management of buildings but that would come on top of all. What I want to see now is solid growth and contracts, contracts & contracts.

After all, we sit in the same boat - ALYA.. Regarding my valuation - I told You already, 1 year target $10..

regards
CROSSY
