Bruce, This may help: biz.yahoo.com DLJ upgraded ADCT to a Buy rating. For those who don't know ADCT, their the $4 bil partner of PLFM. Keep a close watch on BLS as well, part of the Telesp group in Brazil, client of PLFM / ADCT.
