Marshall claimed to be a visitor at Data Race when he accidentally tripped over evidence of a large shipment and decided to enlighten the group with his discovery. This was very kind of him, and given the risk he took of alienating himself from the company, investors should have been grateful. Perhaps they would have been, had it not turned out to be the latest in a long string of gigantic lies. Having said that, how was an outsider like himself to know? He was only reporting what he managed to ascertain on a brief visit, right? The fact that it turned out to be a pure fabrication wasn't something he had any control over, right? Well, not if we are to believe his answer to a question about insider knowledge posed on yahoo, this is what Marshall replied:

UPDATE:

The months of trashing VOIP is coming back to haunt him as RACE is now jumping on that bandwagon with everything they've got, to wit, an endless supply of rhetoric and empty promises.
