No rattles or squeaks yet and it's as quiet inside as almost any luxury car on the highway except one can hear the tires when they're running over large cracks - understandable due to the performance suspension. While I'll examine the other things you mentioned I'm not too worried - 3 year bumper-bumper warranty with a free rental car provided if any repair can not be completed same-day. So what did you buy - one of those Accuras? I know of three people who bought them for their wives. It doesn't take much of a fender-bender to ruin the non-rebuildable transmission - it must be totally replaced as a $7,500 part + R&R labor. Turns out they're full of little plastic levers and gizmos that tend to crack upon even minor temporary torsion to the mounts.
