Where do you think RACE will be holding in 6th months.

If the company survives they will be diluting the stock in another last-ditch effort to create a product which meets customer's needs. Look, the ignorant comment made last November about "cable modems not making it except in scattered areas" actually has a grain of sanity in contrast to the more recent dismissal of voice over the Internet -- keeping in mind the "Internet" is an ever-changing virtual network, not a fixed medium.

As expected, the protocols which address the problems of Internet-based transmission are catching on quickly. Intel's NetMeeting uses the year-old H.323 protocol suite as does Intel's Internet Phone. It's not just for voice, but any time-sensitive data transmission such as video or 3D animations. If VOIP is dead, then somebody had better let Nortel, Lucent, Cisco, Motorola and hundreds of other companies know about it. Perhaps the analysts predicting a minimum growth rate of 100% per year should be notified also.

Data Race is now making noise about jumping on the IP bandwagon. As PBX TO PC connectivity cards are a dime-a-dozen, they had better. In fact, RACE's competitors (to the extent that Data Race can be said to compete) are years ahead of them. While RACE talks about what they should have done and what they now realize they ought to do, others already have product:

Daniel, this company is a joke and the people in here telling you that VOIP is dead are the same jack-asses who told us cable modems weren't going anywhere. IMO, these stock certificates will soon be worth less than the paper they're written on.
