James - Rent - Must pay it... Thanks for your quick response. Earnings due shortly and I suspect they will meet expectations. Will probably not trigger any major buying. Is definitely not following the market which is a big negative and I have seen support in the 6 3/4 area. I think we will see it become a 13 in the future. Joe
