J.C.D: A breakdown of the technicals is usually a warning sign. I believe the current (after the acquisition) debt/equity ratio is causing a shift in previous valuations. Any stock with high debt/equity relative to the group usually has lower valuations than the rest.

There has to be a reason for this breakdown. If we can pinpoint the reason for this slide ,we may be able to better assess the future.
