If you look at the 20 week chart; it does in fact look like we are just bouncing around at a bottom. Maybe the approach should be just to buy another position lower down and wait it out some more. I don't think there is going to be any more bounce; we had 2 of them and there is still down pressure. We'll know soon enough what all this means; by the end of the week we will see where we stand on this current movement.
