I have a question for those of you who have been investing for quite awhile, I currently use a non-Internet (Real Life??) stock broker and have to endure their expensive commissions.

I would like to establish an account with one of the Internet Traders (I've noted all the responses to BEACHCOMER's query), but - if someone could enlighten me - in the future course of investment activities with an Internet Trader, would I be able to sell my stocks procured through a non-Internet broker through the Internet broker?????

Or, would I have to have the responsibility for those shares transferred??

Can anyone help??

Rory
