I found some news on Bloomberg. From May 13 @ 18:49: It mentions PLFM's system as an alternative to satellites, and makes mention of the success of the test. The last paragraph reads: "PIC President Howard Foote said the company expects to disclose plans for business acquisitions, investment banking relationships, contract status and other details on its progress by the end of this month (Todd Violette for PIC 410/579-8190)"
