Position trading requires a whole different mind-set than day trading. I don't even tabulate how much I am ahead or behind when I am in one of those trades -- until it is closed out. Does not suit everyone -- seems like you are much more attuned to day trading. I am still trying to figure out whether day trading is something that would work for me -- not sure that I know the answer though I am ahead at this point. It sure is a lot of work -- though so far it has been fun.
