There a reason for that (many reasons in fact) lack of operating history, emerging market, Mike Pickens etc... Read the thread and find out the story. The products are real, go to one of the trade shows that they will be attending (listed on the web site) or call the company and ask for a tour or a demo of the product. I don't know what your broker friend was looking at (sounds like neither do you) but the financial are not even completed yet. So how could he comment on the financial conditon of the company? You'll find that most brokers and most investors for that matter turn their nose up to penny stocks...it a form of predjudice. They let a few bad apples spoil the rest. JF
