I have no idea what J M "really " meant by audit this morning comment, but I suspect that it's an internal audit from the compliance department of his brokerage house which is an annual type of visit . That doesn't mean that I'm privy to his intention, for I'm not, but visit from the home office auditor doesn't have bad connotations...... Lisa --- I'll get back to your question a little later today --- you're right , I have an opinion, right or wrong...... on OEX, SPX, and SP8M and their ties to one another... Regards ---Nemer
