I never said it was a bear market , that must be the way you read
things, but really it is like putting words in my mouth, words
that I didn't say .
I said we were ( are ) in a down trend, if you can't picture a down trend inside a Bull market, then I doubt we are on or can get on the same wave leaths.
From DEC 5th 97 my post will show my calls have been as good, indeed
better than most of the calls on this thread. For a while my self
and David were the only ones Bullish.
But like I said some time ago ; when I see you go bullish then I
get worried the market is in Trouble <G>
You are a such good opposite indicator, I'm tempted to discard
all my others. The Member short position remains about the same.
To make it as clear as I know how " WE are in a tight trading range with computer program trading dominating the very short term direction, this is inside a slow down trend that started about April 5Th , and until we break out of that we will likely continue to correct. This fits inside an over all Bull market , there is no
BK in sight, but the rest of the correction we have started is
still due.

So we don't see it the same all the time, and maybe that's good,
as if we did we would likely get set up for a really big
mistake.

I don't see much of any thing happening right now, but I don't
think we are out of the woods yet. To much money riding on the
derivatives that never paid off..and if they can't get her up
they can and will get her down to collect on that side.
We have about 3 weeks left at max to get out of this rut,
and if we don't it's risky as hell to be long.
