W. D. Morean sold 87,500 shares @ $34.88 - $36 on April 30,1998 Audrey M. Peterson (beneficial owner) sold 47,500 @ $35.67 - $38.63 on April 23 - April 30,1998 Thomas A. Sansone sold 95,500 shares @ $35.28 - $38.06 on April 24,1998. Michael A. Ward (VP) sold 2,000 shares @ $37.50 on April 24,1998 Frank Krajcirovic (VP) sold 342 shares @ $30.44 on April 8,1998 Chairman, President and Audrey still own lots of shares but having all these sales so close together does not create a good appearance.
