MVEE shares are under-going serious accumulation. The principals are in Cannes inking deals. Mr. Golan & Mr. Globus are VERY well known in the movie industry and word is getting around that they're back. Each movie deal signing is evidence of that fact. And it is likely getting around in the industry that they're breaking new ground, (admittedly not the first to do this), but the way they are financing their pictures is structured to give the providers of the financing 110% on their investment BEFORE a 50/50 split with MVEE on revs thereafter. There is another production company doing this, and they are FLOODED with production money.

The two partners have been here before, and everyone in the industry knows them. Their previious company was a wall-street darling. Their downfall was caused by two things primarily: (1) Wall Street itself. They threw money at the company, providing them with large loans, with the purpose of (2) producing large budget movies. A marginal commericial success translated into a disaster for the Co. because of the principal and debt service dollars added to their operational overhead and their large movie budgets. They are back, committed to smaller budget and modest budget movies, that provide an "accountable" and fair return on investment. Imagine, Hollywood utilizing fair business practices. The story will be told by Rubenstein Public Relations, a high profile clientelle PR company. Not stock promoters, etc. Their PR road show kicks off in June in NY at Planet Hollywood I hear. Invites are not in the mail & the event is over-booked. You can bet the big guys on Wall Street will be there again to see what G & G are up to this time. Meanwhile, the stock will get a big play to the upside. Watch these guys, they're good.....
