Anyway. Barron's let these guys go on and on. In fact, there must be ten pages of picks here. Are these guys bullish or what? And its pretty easy to see what they like cause they bold it out, kinda like you do on this forum. But guess what, not one one the three even so much as mouthed the words SUN MICROSYSTEMS. Not one of em. Imagine, they must have named about 50 companies. MSFT, INTC, Compaq all were mentioned as great investments, but SUNW didn't come up in the conversation. Article said PC sales are going through the roof. No what else. Of the three pros, not one said the word JAVA. Not one. Go figure. These guys are always the first to know yet they haven't gotten Dan's word that all PCs are going to be replaced by JAVA stations. One guy actually said MSFT is a buy because NT will do BETTER than expectations. Seems he doesn't shop at Frys.
You know Dan, come Monday, 50 companies are going to have their PR out boxes point proudly to that Barron's article. But Scottie won't be able to cause it mentions just about everybody on NASDAQ but SUN!!!
Dan, is there any possiblle way you can try and contact these Mutual Fund pros and tell them about how SUN's JAVA Station is going to replace PCs? I mean, SOMEBODY better break the news to them. |
