Fridays before Memorial Day holidays have closed positive 71% of the time since 1991. 71% posted significant highs; 57% significant lows; and, 25% did both.

Item 2

Prior to yesterday, only 14.2% of Thursdays prior to a Memorial Day holiday have closed positive since 1991. That translates to only one prior time within the past seven years, i.e. back in 1993
