Yes, radio spots make great sense. Any talk about establishing a relationship with one of the major Web "portals"? This looks like it'd be a great opportunity for both OEN and the winning portal.

Another thing I wonder about: any talk of GlobalNet being acquired? Specifically, I'd think Netscape would have a great deal to gain by acquiring both the Online Entertainment Network and the streaming technology. OEN would be a wonderful feature for the new Netcenter portal, and the streaming technology would support their efforts to become an enterprise-solutions provider by helping them create more robust conferencing tools.

I'd have to think any acquisition would come at a fabulous premium. ISDN's current market cap is $29 million. K-Tel is $158 million (having peaked at about $300 million earlier this month); CD-Now is $164 million (down from $305 million in April); RealNetworks is $737 million (down from $1.2 billion in April).

I am really liking what I see here, in terms of the technology and potential markets (entertainment, conferencing). And if there are really only 29 million shares outstanding and a tightly held 2.5 million in the float: wow! I read in an earlier message (#9) that Mr. Roth said the effective float is only about 200,000 shares, given what he knows about the holders. If that's the case, we could have another DGIV on our hands here.

Looking forward to doing more DD.
