cbrewerhomes.com developer in Hawaii. The only connection I can think of is that lots of Agricultural land is being redeveloped. My brother in law bought land on Kauai for a macadamia nut farm and moved 2 wks before Hurricane Iniki. He abandoned the idea and built a bed & breakfast and farms hard woods. Either NUT wants the land or CBHI wants NUT's orchards. Interesting. below summary from MS Investor "C. Brewer Homes, Inc. Hawaiian land developer and house builder C. Brewer Homes touts the panoramic Pacific Ocean views afforded some of its developments on the islands of Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii. The company's Kehalani development on Maui is planned for about 2,100 houses, ranging from multifamily condominiums to pricey single-family houses. The development includes 127 acres for schools, parks, and greenbelts. C. Brewer Homes owns more than 2,600 acres in Hawaii and has access to another 2,000 acres through a land purchase option. The company sells through its own sales force and maintains a real estate brokerage operation."
