Mauna Loa Macadamia Partners is one of the world's largest growers and the largest processor and marketer of macadamia nuts. Macadamia nuts are premium-quality nuts generally considered to be in a consumer category with cashews, almonds, and pistachios. The company sells its nuts under the Mauna Loa brand in a variety of forms, including salted and unsalted roasted, diced, candy-glazed, chocolate-covered, honey-roasted, and in macadamia nut brittle and chocolate macadamia nut candy bars. The company's managing general partner, Mauna Loa Resources, and special partner, Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Corp., are wholly owned subsidiaries of C. Brewer and Co.
