Hi Steve- I had heard Noah's was on the block... BOST is having trouble paying debt obligations right now. Glad to know you aren't tangled in that quagmire. "loan" some VLSI? with you needing cash? at a price bottom? I can about guess how good a deal that's going to be!! :-) Bruce
