I agree with you twister, on the building aspect. Didn't Phillipe Kahn buy a $100 million property just before BORLAND took a dive. Why is Scott Mcnealy against NT? If SUN hosts NT then they would be like HWP and may stay in business long term!. Realistically, what is the future for SUN ? I follow the stock, like the company, made some money and would like to assess long term potential.
