I've been away for a few days so was unable to post until tonight. I really do not understand "the adjustment" you refer to. I am undecided regarding the stock as well. Hawaii is in a property slump due to Asia and Japan financial difficulties, etc. I think things will go down even farther before they go up. Have you looked at the long term chart of NUT? I am also considering the consequences of a limited partnership for an IRA account. Often that high yield in partnerships reflects a return of capital. Past partnerships that I owned, Disney Silver Screen PartnersIV and Boston Celtics had pretty good yields but some or all of each distribution was a return of capital. These other two stocks were in a capital account and the tax forms generated were burdensome, especially since I do my own taxes. Sharon
