Who would you consider a "smallish" ECM? The public ones are all pretty good sized. Oh, SIGA is not as large but they have a great niche. Truly small board shops, non-public ones, are getting killed. When the higher tech, big shops have capacity then that is where the customers want to be anyway. I think techs generally are out of favor with staock buying investors but our time will come in six months or a year or so. It's drugs and banks and stuff now. I can wait. How about you?
