The investor relations with the new merger has returned my call. (yea, I almost passed out), okay they make it sound like a reverse merger in the way he talk, we will own shares in PanAmerica Bancorp thing. The float is unknown, they say manage has alot of this stock (guess they were buying when this puppy hit a vol of 30M)They say that DO NOT plan a reverse split in the near future. But they will prolly be one down the road. They are just going to let the stock trade for now (his words). They feel this is a great move for PRWT shareholders. I will hold and see what happens.
