I heard a rumor that OnSale is near to reaching an agreement for entering the European market. They have had talks with potential partners in France, Germany and a few other countries where a joint venture makes sense due to langauge, government requirements and business practices differences. In some countries it may make more sense to develop their own distribution facilities and re-sale suppliers without forming a partnership or other venture. I am trying to get some confirmation prior to ONSL making a formal announcement. If confirmed, this would signal a buy.
