I hear you man. My style is to keep those valid negative concerns coming (the truth is better than fiction, etc.)
Now the reason I'm not panicked on your point is that Belize appears to be the location of an office, but it does not represent the market they are going after.
For everyone's reference, here's the key paragraph:

You're right to say more DD needs to be done, but all-in-all I'm quite happy right now with the chance I have taken.
