Paul, SIGA was not large enough and geographically diverse enough to compete as they would have wished with the big .... recently much bigger players like Via, Hadco, Tyco, etc. They had lots of debt and business turned soft ... not just for Sigma or ECMs but for tech companies pretty generally. I am sure they acted in good faith. Other ECMs have other stories to tell. They are not all the same just because they are all ECMs.
