For DIIG, Dovatron (not Multek) appears to be the culprit.

If you read the DIIG announcement again, i think it says that customers pushing out Dovatron's orders caused Multek to suddenly go underutilized. This makes sense because Multek is supplying PCB's to Dovatron internally. At the same time, there is also a PCB slowdown apparently.

It suggests that assemblers and PCB manufacturers alike are going to have a tough summer. This is a good time to be in cash.
