Michael, I don't see a downside to this aspect of the "creative" financing that almost all small companies must take part in. Like you, I see this as strictly an equity enhancement vehicle. Whether there are 50 or 90-million shares outstanding (I wish I knew the correct number), even a couple of straight-to-video films are capable of producing a nickel EPS apiece. Applying almost any multiple considered by those that do such things, we have a value of a a dollar or two per share. If more than a couple of the films click theatrically or even just on video, that number turns into some magical multiple that is a long way from 35 cents.

As I write this, there have been 216 trades today for a total of 3,336,500 shares which is a bit below the per trade average we've been seeing lately which means the general investing public is climbing aboard. This is good although many small investors can become quite fickle in even a slight downtrend. Doesn't matter...upside potential is too great to ignore this stock.
