I'm sure that the competitors will offer the EU a totally unbiased view of what's fair to punish WCOM for being an aggressive leader.

This is ridiculous, as is divestiture of UUNet, which will result in both companies having less Internet backbone than either has now.

Why don't they just turn over the management of the EU to the president of GTE.
