Don't know - I could speculate that news is coming out about a European or South American partnership or marketing agreement but that is pure speculation. During the last conference call management said that this will happen sometime before the end of the year but did not say when - only that they had several proposals that they were weighing.

Other than that, it could just be a renewed interest in the internet stocks. The TA on ONSL looks like it was ready for a move up to the 26-29 level. Unless there is news out on it, I don't expect the stock to move up past 30 for more than a pop.
