REDLANDS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1998--Howard A. Foote, President & CEO, announced that Platforms International Corporation has entered into a Strategic Partnership arrangement with InterMedia Marketing Corp. of Los Angeles, California. "Under the terms of our Strategic Partnership Agreement, InterMedia will provide PLFM with integrated marketing, public relations, and strategic mergers and acquisitions management advisory services," Mr. Foote stated.
InterMedia Marketing Corp. specializes in providing integrated management advisory services to senior corporate management, with special emphasis in marketing, sales, public relations, contract negotiation, and M&A functions.
