And that's my point! If he had to worry about those conversations becoming public, he probably would not have consulted a lawyer for the counsel he felt he needed. That would be a poor result. Most hearsay is inherently unreliable in any event. I don't like the result but I understand the defend the principle even when it help the Arkansas
