What's interesting is that California has never had the attorney client privilege after one dies and it hasn't seemed to have caused any undue hardship or embarrassment. After all Vince Foster could have been subpoenaed to give this testimony but since he's dead now they can silence him forever. Would seem to provide a motive to permanently silence some people. halfscot
