Happens all the time. Big stocks/little stocks. Buy on the rumor, sell on the news. Might also be the market makers taking a shot on the short side. They know the odds favor a penny bulletin board stock falling back to earth. Most of them (BB stocks) have no substance, just promo deals. Who knows that better than a market maker. They see it all the time. Let em take their shot. I can tell you they're not always right. Remember, these guys are not analysts. They wouldn't know EBITDA from cash flow. EG: Quigley, CAML, KTEL. Shorting what they think are hype stocks has cost many MM traders their jobs.
You got a real operating company here with REAL business model. No BS, no hype. They're doin the biz. It'll all come out in the wash. I tried to buy at $0.30 on the drop. Not a share. And I've got level II & direct access to these clowns. They backed away all the way up to 34 cents. What's that tell ya? There was no one in ahead of me at the time. They hunt prey like hyenas. Ever see those parasites follow a lion around? They keep their distance and then eat the entrails, then attack each other. Every now and again, the lion bites his bowels out.
IF they're shorting, you've got em. Just keep reeling in the line. No slack. Fahnestock, Fiero and the rest of the hyenas, or is that hyenae (?), should all eat our dust and die. God, that felt good...
