Jim, I don't think anybody is arguing against legitimate attorney/client privilege, it's just that the Clintinoids are pushing the envelope with their specious "privilege" claims. Do you remember when Sarkasian(sp) re-applied for his attorneys license so he could become a member of the "dream team" defending Simpson? An obvious abuse of attorney/client privilege that served only as a means to obstruct justice. Wonder where he's practicing law today?
